Avocado Chili Lime Toast

Avocado toast is all the rage in the “fancy” placesof the world but it’s actually a lot more nutritiousthan you might think!

1 Large Avocado

Juice of 1/4 lime

1 dash Chili powder

Sea Salt & Black Pepper to taste

2 tablespoons of shredded Manchego cheese or grated parmesan

2 medium-hard boiled eggs, sliced

2 slices gluten free bread, toasted ( I like to use this recipe for Paleo Bread by Jenuine Home in my bread maker! )

For this toast recipe, start by mashing together the avocado, lime, and dry seasonings in a small bowl. Stir in the cheese and spread the mixture on top of your favorite toast. Drop egg slices on top and enjoy your protein packed breakfast without all the hassle before you head to work! While it’s a simple meal, it’s got a lot going for it and can be easy to make even when you’re in a rush!
